Our Client is looking for a Head Chef who will be responsible for the kitchen department and will have full autonomy to develop the menus for the fine dining restaurant, lounge bar and the banqueting facilities Requirements: We are seeking a Head Chef for a Country House Hotel with rosette restaurant, busy function and wedding trade and with beautifully appointed bedrooms and exceptional standards of customer care and being part of an exceptionally sucesful operation. The Successful Candidate: This fantastic Hotel is looking for a Head Chef, experienced at 2 rosette level to work to gain further accolades
